About Healing Weeks

Thank you for your interest in our healing weeks.

Much of the work of healing that we do at the Harnhill Centre is during the many healing weeks we run through the year. Arrival time is between 4pm and 5.30 pm on the Monday, with supper at 6pm, and the week comes to an end after the healing service on the Friday, usually about 12 ish.

The aim of the week is to give you time to be with Father God, and allow Him to bring the healing to you that He has planned.

·            The week is structured, and all parts of it are important in the healing process that Jesus uses from the Monday supper to the Friday Communion Service. There is a small amount of teaching, your prayer ministry appointment and time to be on your own with God. There are also our two healing services in the week.

·            Guests will be given two 90 minute prayer ministry appointments with two of our team. The first will be on Tuesday, and the second on Thursday. These will be opportunities to tell your story and for the team to discern the pattern of your life and pray into it so that Jesus can bring His healing.

·            We have no medical facilities on site, and so we are unable to look after medication of any sort, and so if you are on medication, you will need to take responsibility for it.

·            With the exception of married couples each guest will have their own room as their own private space for the week. All rooms are en-suite and we provide towels and soap. There are tea making facilities in your rooms, and night time drinks and biscuits – along with chocolate – can be purchased.

·            We do welcome those with disabilities on site, and will provide what we can for your comfort. It is worth noting that we are based on an old Manor House, and our floor levels do not make it easy for those with walking difficulties. If you would like further information, please make contact with our office.

·            DIETS   As we are such a small Centre, our meals are produced for specific numbers, so if you have any form of diet, please ensure that you have checked with the booking office, giving us plenty of time before arrival. We are able to cater for low fat, diabetic and vegetarian diets, but others may be more difficult.

Prayer Ministry Appointments - This is a time for private sessions to help people bring their burdens to the Lord, and we offer such times under the heading of Prayer Ministry.

Two of our team listen in confidence to your story, and under the guidance of the Holy Spirit, discern the root issues and lead you in prayer for Jesus to heal by His Spirit. We can heal no-one; it has to be God who sets us free.

These Prayer Ministry Appointments are one way of enabling Jesus to meet us at our point of need. They are especially useful for those who may be aware of their past pain and wish to move on in their Christian life.

If you have further questions, do contact our office team  (01285 850283) who will be pleased to help you.
