Harnhill Centre  -  Bookings

Initial Contact can be made either by e-mail, by fax or by telephone. The office is staffed by Denise, Mary and Julie. They can take your details, book you in for day courses, or to stay for a longer period. They will give you information about the Centre and advice on the best weeks to book. Provisional bookings can be made over the phone but must be confirmed by post within 7 days.
 
After arriving and parking in the Centre's car park, walk round to the front of the house and enter by the porch door. Places for disabled people are available at the front of the house. Visitors must use the official car park provided.

The Centre has beds for up to 20 people, and subject to the House Closed periods, is open throughout the year for those who wish to seek healing, ministry and prayer, or to attend a specific course. Others who need a break or a quiet holiday are also welcome.

   
  Please read these NOTES ON BOOKINGS
 
1.   Full board includes breakfast, morning coffee, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner.
2.   Cancellation:
We ask for the earliest possible notice of cancellations so that any vacancy can be offered to others.
  • Up to 14 days before a stay the Centre will return your deposit or transfer the booking.
  • Between 7-14 days before a stay a booking may be transferred only.
  • Under 7 days before a stay the deposit will become non-returnable and no transfer is possible.
  • 3.   Provisional bookings will be accepted over the telephone, but must be confirmed in writing, together with deposit/s within 7 days to keep the place.
    4.   Except where personal prayer ministry is an integral part of a course, a single supplement may be charged for guests who prefer not to share a room.
    5.   A Bursary Fund is available to assist those whose circumstances warrant it. There is also a reduction for ministers.
    6.   Cars are parked at owner's risk.
    7.   It is regretted that guests' pets are not allowed at Harnhill, except for registered guide dogs.
    8.   We operate a No Smoking policy in all our buildings.
    9.   Guests are responsible for the insurance of their own effects while at the Centre.
    10.   Please note that the Centre does not have a specialist dietician, and therefore we are only able to provide certain commonly occurring diets. If you need a special diet for medical reasons, or if you have personal preferences in your diet. PLEASE CHECK BEFORE YOU BOOK to see whether we are able to meet your requirements. All food is individually prepared in our own kitchen. If diets/food preferences are notified in advance we will do our best to fulfil them, but please advise us when booking.
